Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

a. We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DominionBites.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process:

a. To initiate a refund, please contact us at christiaan@dominionbites.co.uk within 60 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and details about the reason for the refund request.

b. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.

c. Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

 

3. Return Shipping:

a. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at christiaan@dominionbites.co.uk. Provide photos of the damaged or defective product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

5. Cancellations:

a. Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
